Installing Your Unique Ice Rink
1. Initial Phone Call
Even if you are just thinking about a project, pick up the phone and give us a call to have a conversation about your ideas. We will assess the project together and get you the answers you need to move forward.
2. Building Your Estimate
Once we have a general idea of your project we will provide a rough, itemized estimate.
3. First Site Visit
If the rough estimate is agreeable we will schedule a site visit to take measurements and discuss any unique features or amenities you would like to include.
4. Crafting the Proposal
After the site visit, HINA will provide a detailed proposal encompassing all aspects of the project.
5. Gather Equipment
Upon receipt of a signed proposal and deposit, we will order your custom ice rink and begin preparing the property. Materials are typically 12-15 weeks out from the date of order.
6. Site Prep & Installation
Typically, we like to do any site preparation in the spring and summer months in preparation for the fall and winter seasons of skating. Whatever your timing, we try to have you up and skating as soon as the weather turns cold.

Unique, custom-built projects are our specialty. We can be hired as a General Contractor or we can work alongside your Contractor. Alternatively, we can supply the equipment and provide consultation if you wish to build it yourself. We will also be there to supply regular maintenance and ensure your rink always meets your standards for safety and use.
